This was our first time planning a big trip to Europe. We have 3 younger kids and wanted to make sure the trip was unforgettable and properly planned. Our plan was to see Switzerland and Northern Italy. After interviewing a few travel agents, we decided to work with Lisa.

We had the trip of a lifetime and have memories that will last forever. Lisa had suggestions and a plan for each day and every city – a great balance of tours that would be fun for adults and kids. Every detail was taken care of – train, transfers, hotels, tours, etc. A day before we were to head home, our flight was canceled, delayed a full day, and departing from a different city than originally planned. One phone call to Lisa and we had train tickets, a hotel, and transfers lined up to get us to where we needed to be. We will definitely be working with Lisa and her team for our next trip!
