I’m such a sucker for sunsets and I believe the above quote is so true. Sunrises are the perfect way to start a day and sunsets are the best way to end it. I have to admit that I usually am not an early riser, so I haven’t seen many picture-perfect sunrises yet (I’m trying, so maybe soon!), but I have definitely made up for that by the amount of awe-inspiring sunsets I have caught during my travels.
Whether you are enjoying a relaxing vacation at the beach, adventuring through the mountains, having fun in a city or nestled in the countryside, there are so many ways you can catch a breathtaking sunset.
Don’t forget, the sun rises to the east and sets to the west. When you are traveling, it is important to keep that in mind so that you know where to be in the right time. Also, the weather apps on most smartphones give an accurate predication of what time the sun rises and sets in the day to help you make sure you don’t miss it!
