Day 1: Cape Town City – 2 Nights at a 5-Star Resort

Cape Town is affectionately known as “The Mother City” and boasts the famous Table Mountain in the center of the metropolitan city, and Robben Island located 9km offshore. This tour focuses on the history and scenic beauty of Cape Town and is an ideal springboard for all travelers visiting the Cape for the first time. The tour ends with a visit to Table Mountain (weather permitting.

Day 2: 11/15/18 – Cape Point & Peninsula

The Cape Peninsula, situated on the South Westerly tip of Africa, has much to offer the day-tripper. The fabulous scenery at Cape Point, the naval history of Simon’s Town, and one of only two land-based breeding colonies of African Penguins at Boulders beach. Chapman’s Peak drive is one of the most scenic drives in the world and offers a beautiful view of the Peninsula.

• Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve & Cape Point
• Funicular ride to Cape Point lighthouse
• Penguin Colony at Boulders Beach
• Simon’s Town
• Scenic drive along the Atlantic Seaboard: Clifton, Camps Bay,
• Twelve Apostles and Llandudno.

• Return to the Hotel with the evening at leisure. 



Day 3: 2 Nights at a 5-Star Resort

Visit the Winelands towns of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, with an emphasis on the towns and surrounding areas as well as some wine tasting. True heavyweights, both towns boast rich histories, diverse winemaking styles with a huge variety of world-class wines to experience firsthand as well as incredible natural scenery, interesting historical facts and a unique mix of old and new world styles coming together.

• Visit the famous towns of Stellenbosch & Franschhoek and walk around
• Master cheese & wine tasting at Fairview estate, Paarl district
• Flagship wine tasting at Anthonij Rupert wines, Franschhoek district
• Wine & chocolate tasting at Waterford estate, Stellenbosch district
• Lunch stop at Tokara restaurant

Stellenbosch is a university town in South Africa’s Western Cape province. It’s surrounded by the vineyards of the Cape Winelands and the mountainous nature reserves of Jonkershoek and Simonsberg. The town’s oak-shaded streets are lined with cafes, boutiques and art galleries. Cape Dutch architecture gives a sense of South Africa’s Dutch colonial history, as do the Village Museum’s period houses and gardens.

Franschhoek, South Africa

Franschhoek is a town in South Africa’s Western Cape with centuries-old vineyards and Cape Dutch architecture. Trails wind through flowers and wildlife at Mont Rochelle Nature Reserve to views over Franschhoek Valley. The Huguenot Memorial Museum and neighboring monument honor the area’s French settlers, who arrived in the 17th and 18th centuries. Franschhoek Motor Museum displays vintage cars amid mountain farmland.


Day 4: Hermanus & Surrounding Area

One of the most picturesque tours the Cape has to offer its visitors. Between the months of June to December. Southern Right whales can be spotted along the coast between Cape Town and Hermanus, Hermanus being the best land-based viewing point for whale watching.

Shark cage diving OR Whale watching by boat
• Lunch stop at one of Hermanus’s famous seafood restaurants
• Hermanus, land-based whale watching (June – December)
• Wine tasting in the Hemel en Aarde Valley


Day 5: Lion Sands Game Reserve-Chalkley Treehouse – 1 Night

• You will be collected from the hotel and transferred to Cape Town International Airport for your departure flight to Skukuza.
• Pick up at Skukuza Airport and transfer to Chalkley Tree House for 1 night

Guy Aubrey Chalkley once set up camp in a majestic centuries-old Leadwood Tree to escape the predators roaming the plains below. They decided that this would be the ideal place to build the ultimate bush bedroom, and so came to be The Chalkley Treehouse. A secure and lavish platform under the stars, the treehouse has all the 5-star comforts but affords an experience as wild as the animals that roam beneath it.

Guests are taken to the treehouse at sunset, where drinks and a scrumptious picnic dinner await. Lit by candlelight only, no electricity. Truly an experience you will NEVER forget!


Day 6: South African Safari Adventures – 3-Nights
